Focusing on 2020 is actually a smart move going forward because it's so damn close! People(actually @GunRanger and a handful of folks) in here calling the Dems weak but if they had more time it would be different.
I believe a small portion of dems will focus on this report but attention will be given to 2020. Trump thinks he's above the law and is disgusting but the country is still bigger than him and his antics.
Focus on the potential candidates who don't spend weeks doscussing the Mueller report and bring up trump every few paragraphs and you'll have the serious candidates for 2020. Inde0endents watching.

The problem with people saying 2020 should be the focus is they don’t realize the game has changed. Thanks to the internet and social media, information comes too and it goes too quickly. Any momentum that would come from this would be nonexistent in 2020. This is a 2019 problem to address and it’s only April. You think the problems of today are going to be gone in 2020, nah they are going to be right there and ready to be addressed. But you need to wound the beast or remove him completely now while you have the sword. Time makes people forget these things and many, so you take your shot while you have it
