Mueller still didn't do his job. He didn't determine if there was obstruction of justice.

He thought Trump's answers to the questionnaire (take home test) were inconclusive, but decided not to subpoena him even though he thought he could've.

He had a train to catch? Didn't have time to subpoena the target/subject of the obstruction of justice investigation?

Dog be real here. Everybody pretty much knew that Mueller was by the book and would not indict. He would lay out the facts and leave it up to Congress to take it further.

This is what I wanna know:

Since the Attorney General came out and said Trump's actions did not constitute obstruction or collusion/conspiracy, shouldn't that trickle down to every other case in this country? Shouldn't any defense lawyer be able to cite that if they have a client fighting obstruction or conspiracy charges and be able to get off?
