Since the Attorney General came out and said Trump's actions did not constitute obstruction or collusion/conspiracy, shouldn't that trickle down to every other case in this country? Shouldn't any defense lawyer be able to cite that if they have a client fighting obstruction or conspiracy charges and be able to get off?

I just asked the same question. Do ppl currently incarcerated know that if they attempted a crime but failed, they can get out according to Barr exoneration of Trump? I'm dead ass serious. My homie got 15 yrs (he's out now though) due to having conversation about selling drugs to some dudes the feds were on too. He meet with the dudes but something happened and deal didnt go down but he was still went down on their conspiracy. He didnt even know them niccas. Was trying to do a favor for a friend who was out of town. He didnt make the sell so according to Barr, he should have never been charged.

Just dropped in to say, Independents watching and see this loud and clear. Trump gets on tv and twitter and runs the 'No Collusion' mantra into the ground. If only he could say 'Presidential!' and 'Under The Law' with as much honest conviction.
