I’m not doubting people are struggling. But people are always in debt. The difference between 20% or 60% behind isn’t something you can see driving down a neighborhood.

When you start seeing foreclosure signs all over a neighborhood then you can’t deny it with 4% unemployment numbers or record high stock markets.

We are getting there but not yet. Business class is still providing cover for Trump.

Gas prices use to jump anytime a oil rich country so much as sneezed with a disruption but since Trump has been in office prices have remained low even with increased domestic production.
