Not to sound "snarky" or rude (and I know this is the internet so any comment comes off that way...that's why I dapped you first :manny:)

But Vince is making money. WWE last quarter had one of their best quarters ever. It's a publicly traded multi billion dollar company. I'm pretty sure Vince and co. know what they are doing :mjlol:...they definitely know more than we do...a bunch of internet posters lol

But... If we are talking about "favorable with the fans" then maybe they are missing the boat on Finn, and I can rock with that. Personally, I'd rather him win the IC title a few times before sniffing the Universal Title...and he definitely shouldn't be going over Brock or Braun at all for that title. Dude is one of the most over rated "wrestlers" in a while. He is popular as hell and I won't deny his "charisma" to fans...but his "wrestling" is not nearly as good as other people and it's mostly because he looks tiny in the ring.

I don't even think he can lift up Apollo Crews or Elias :mjlol: imagine him beating Brock Lesnar - who has been booked to be a monster and is built like a tank - with a bunch of kicks to the leg...an irish whip "sling blade", a suicide flip dive, and then a double knee stomp :deadmanny:

It’s not a stretch to suggest Vince would be making a poor business decision in not strongly pushing an international star that’s been a proven draw (NXT tour) in their second largest region (the UK/Ireland). In my view though, Vince knows Finn is a great talent, and Vince believes he can take losses and stay over just like AJ.

When they signed Finn I'm sure they assumed he would be to the company what AJ is for them now. The issue is Finn has never been that good. He was the NJ jr ace for four years and no one was clamoring for him to get signed to the WWE because he was a pretty generic, above average worker. His heel character work with the Bullet Club is what elevated him and what allowed him to be a good promo, and he just has none of that same sauce as a face, especially with he and the WWE grasping at straws to make the demon king a "thing".

AJ got to do the heel-ish Roman and the fully heel Cena feuds that brought him right back to his Bullet Club wheelhouse and he's been gold ever since. Of course, even when floating around as a bland face before and recently with the US title stuff, AJ has being one of the greatest workers ever to fall back on.

He really needs a heel run. His ceiling as a face without it is exactly where he's at right now. He's not all too special otherwise.

Couldn't have said it any better breh :wow:

Finn is the prime example of people thinking a wrestler is great just because they read it online and/or associate him with a hot product (New Japan). His popularity never hinged on his wrestling ability, and when you are babyface in WWE you either sink or swim thanks to the quality of your matches and how much you can overcome bad writing when cutting a promo.

As with most wrestlers on the roster, only thing that can make Balor stand out is having the freedom to not give a fukk a anymore and have good character work. And that's almost impossible to do in WWE as a face unless you are an all time worker or a funny promo.

I've been playing around with what rosters should look like post WM and Balor and the Club both going to SD just makes sense. He could be a top guy there and I agree, it's time for a heel turn to freshen him up

They gotta get the title off Brock. This road to Reigns vs Brock has nearly halted the momentum of the Raw title scene. Sooner they get the belt on Reigns, the better.
This has been the problem for 3 years now ever since Bryan got hurt, they put the title on Brock, and made it clear Roman had the Superman push waiting for him after he healed up from that hernia in 2014. The whole rest of the show stalled and the crowd shyt all over Roman. 2015 they gave Rollins a JBL title run while assuming if Roman went over a bunch of mid card guys and feuded with Wyatt that the crowd would buy him taking the title in 2016. Obviously that didn’t work so they went with the plan of “have Brock hold it for a year so Roman can dethrone him” even though the crowd has shyt all over him at wrestle mania for 3 years straight and wanted nothing to do with him in his spot on the card. Same problem when they did this with Cena. Stalling out the whole show to shine the spotlight on one person hurts the whole product and the person the spotlight is on the most. The problem is that :flabbyvince: wants it that way so nobody can become a draw and have any leverage on him in negotiations for money or creative freedom. This strategy is why ratings have declined for some 16 straight years and what was once a mainstream phenomenon is now a niche that many fans are embarrassed to admit they’re fans of publicly.

Balorina is trash tho, and isnt built to work a wwe schedule without getting injured. Remember when people were calling for a mizdow push? :usure: That worked out great for TNA, Vince is out of touch but he can still recognize talent, reigns would be one of the most over dudes on the roster if they didn't push him down our throats and let him get over organically like Ambrose and Rollins

:mjlol:. The only difference between Balor and Reigns is forty pounds and five inches of height.

don't blame Cokeboy when Lil' Finn just can't cut the mustard :yeshrug:
What chance is he really getting that he’s flopping with? He’s been out to sea with a busted rudder since returning from injury. That Wyatt feud was as badly written as could be, and he’s been getting clobbered by Kane and eating pins from Randy Orton since then. How does one get over doing these things?

:usure:They gave him the title and he got injured instantly, he look like a midget in the ring with Kane, not everyone can be AJ or HBK, he was believable on the Indys, but 5'9 just ain't cuttin it on the main roster unless you got Bryan levels of charisma which Finn doesn't have
