The E is just a sinking ship trying to grab whatever white privileges it can to regain ratings. shyt was failing once the Rock retired and Cena got forced down fans throats to be the new hip hop Hogan of a PG era. Nothing can fix it but new non prejudice writers and getting rid of triple Kaitch and that ain't gonna happen.

I'm convinced the poster above me is a cac plant that's outta touch with reality so I'm probably gonna ignore his response.

He's going to give the job back to Finn once he realizes he can't find anyone else to waste Brock's time with.

They can always go back to Samoa Joe since people were asking for a rematch after Great Balls of Fire. And he’ll get his heat back immediately kicking someone’s ass on the Raw after the Rumble :manny:

They also have Seth Rollins or Dean Ambrose to use. The Rumble match is the main draw for the show, so they just need someone who’s over and can get a believable false finish for the Brock match.

When they signed Finn I'm sure they assumed he would be to the company what AJ is for them now. The issue is Finn has never been that good. He was the NJ jr ace for four years and no one was clamoring for him to get signed to the WWE because he was a pretty generic, above average worker. His heel character work with the Bullet Club is what elevated him and what allowed him to be a good promo, and he just has none of that same sauce as a face, especially with he and the WWE grasping at straws to make the demon king a "thing".

AJ got to do the heel-ish Roman and the fully heel Cena feuds that brought him right back to his Bullet Club wheelhouse and he's been gold ever since. Of course, even when floating around as a bland face before and recently with the US title stuff, AJ has being one of the greatest workers ever to fall back on.

He really needs a heel run. His ceiling as a face without it is exactly where he's at right now. He's not all too special otherwise.

@Jmare007 thoughts family
Finn hasn't gotten the spots AJ has..not sure why comparing them was even done. Fans cheered hard for a potential Balor/Lesnar match...of course he can carry Cena:laugh:

Should’ve put him in 205 Live to show his worth (if he has any) and stand out like Neville did.

That could’ve been a good way to build him up instead of going against someone with a more entertaining gimmick than him in Elias and a 50-50 feud with Bray for half a year

Not to sound "snarky" or rude (and I know this is the internet so any comment comes off that way...that's why I dapped you first :manny:)

But Vince is making money. WWE last quarter had one of their best quarters ever. It's a publicly traded multi billion dollar company. I'm pretty sure Vince and co. know what they are doing :mjlol:...they definitely know more than we do...a bunch of internet posters lol

But... If we are talking about "favorable with the fans" then maybe they are missing the boat on Finn, and I can rock with that. Personally, I'd rather him win the IC title a few times before sniffing the Universal Title...and he definitely shouldn't be going over Brock or Braun at all for that title. Dude is one of the most over rated "wrestlers" in a while. He is popular as hell and I won't deny his "charisma" to fans...but his "wrestling" is not nearly as good as other people and it's mostly because he looks tiny in the ring.

I don't even think he can lift up Apollo Crews or Elias :mjlol: imagine him beating Brock Lesnar - who has been booked to be a monster and is built like a tank - with a bunch of kicks to the leg...an irish whip "sling blade", a suicide flip dive, and then a double knee stomp :deadmanny:
Nah company is definitely not reaching its potential
Ratings and attendance have been steadily declining cause of the subpar product they've been putting out
They've been steadily cost cutting taking away custom sets, pyro etc
While wwe network subscription numbers have been lagging behind their expectations

I get what you're saying... but ALL we have is internet speculation and stories

meanwhile... (whatever the "cost"...losing pyro for example or declining ratings) the company is doing fine financially. Anyone making the bold assumption that "Vince doesn't know how to run his business" when all he's been doing is running his business successfully for over 30 years, is clueless.

Unless someone is running a promotion as successful as the WWE (which I don't know if one exists) then no one can really say "he isn't running a successful company"

Whether or not you or me or Vince Russo or Jim Cornette or whoever the fyck else think he's doing well, is irrelevant. :manny:

That's because Finn is a cruiserweight fighting above his station. Tony Nese and Cedric Alexander both look bigger than Finn :dame: yet they're cruiserweights and Finn isn't? It's silly. You have situations like a few weeks ago where Samoa Joe beat up Apollo and choked Titus out but Finn was there to save the day. It's ridiculous. Every move you listed would look a lot better If the dudes he was performing them on :dame: were size appropriate. :dame: :dame: :dame: Finn's size wouldn't even be a problem if Vince didn't treat cruiserweights like second class citizens. AJ Styles is one of WWE's top guys but let's face it TNA built him up through what is effectively a cruiserweight division. The Cruiserweight championship should be a world title in its own right. 205 live should be a showcase instead of a sideshow and Finn could have developed further there.

Another problem Finn has (and it's not exclusive to just him) is that he doesn't know how to work. By "work" I don't mean he doesn't know how to put on a fun visually stimulating match but he can't lull a fan into suspending their disbelief. His shyt is all cirque du soleil. He has his set spots that he runs through every match. Because of that he wrestles the same match regardless of whether he's going against Samoa Joe (it would help if Joe didn't bump like a little guy) or AJ Styles. Maybe it's because he's come up during a time where most of the guys are "smaller" :dame: but Finn would benefit hugely from learning how to work small in the same way Bret and Shawn did way back or how Brock used to work when he went up against Big Show or Undertaker during his first run. That would at least make his matches look more credible.

I don’t get what y’all want man

Do you want him in a match with Brock just so you can complain he got “squashed”? Even tho that’s a false statement in itself because everyone Brock has faced this year he’s elevated and they get offense in.

Yeah he’s kind of lost in the shuffle right now, but it’s best to keep him out of the title picture as long as Brock is holding it until after WM when Reigns gets it.

Balorina is trash tho, and isnt built to work a wwe schedule without getting injured. Remember when people were calling for a mizdow push? :usure: That worked out great for TNA, Vince is out of touch but he can still recognize talent, reigns would be one of the most over dudes on the roster if they didn't push him down our throats and let him get over organically like Ambrose and Rollins

I still feel like he's barely done anything since he came back. Literally the only thing he's done that was meaningful in any way was his match with A.J. And then they fukked up his momentum by having him lose to Kane the next night. :beli:

I seriously don't know what he did or who he pissed off. It makes no sense how a year ago, he was defeating top stars and winning a new world championship, but now he's losing to everyone in sight and getting stuck in mediocre, go-nowhere feuds. :snoop:
