Figured it was something like this.
Vince clearly doesn't give af about wrestling the fans or most of his employees wishes

What a shytty place to work if your name is not Cena or Roman.
Pay aside,
It's probably not the greatest for them either knowing they're being force fed to the fans and getting a shytty reaction from it
Cena tweeted something about wanting to go heel
They're stuck in the characters Vince picks for them the same way Rhodes is

while a shytty mindset to have [speaking about HHH] he makes a slight point but flawed, everyone does have a role to play. everyone is not gonna be a main eventer, everyone is not gonna get a world title shot and a world title run BUT the opportunity to show and prove you can put on great matches/feuds with the bigger names in the company should be available or even put in consideration

On point. As much talent as they have, you can't just have 15 Heavyweight title belts or have everyone on the roster be #1 contender to make everyone happy. There has to be people lower on the card. Agree though he should have at least been given a shot at the main title.

Everybody does have a role to play and everyone can't be a main eventer, but at one point in the WWE, the tiers were Cena & Orton, an upper level guy Cena and Orton would beat, then everybody else. There's no "brass ring" when you run a company like that. They don't know how to sustain momentum for non-Main Event scene guys to get the crowd to invest in. During Attitude, it was just Rock, Austin and everybody else, and in the early 90's it wasn't Hogan, Macho Man, and everybody else. Credible threats were up and down the card whether World, IC, or tag team, and the WWE needs to get back to that.

Not to mention that the way they've been doing it (one getting attention across all titles and divisons) isn't working. If they were making waves with this outdated booking at least it would be justified.
