nikka Idgaf about them fake ass mostly white fans in the crowd, sammy doesn’t look the part, you was geeked when he speared Roman huh :russ: They back tracked from the jey storyline, it clearly should be jey or Cody, hell maybe even Seth , I would take ko over Sami, y’all got to let that anybody can be a champion go , even Sami said that shyt
Any time prior to Fall of last year I would not have entertained the idea of Sami being world champ but he proved himself in this storyline where he was undoubtedly the star of it.

I’d personally rather Jey be the one who dethrone Rome for the Universal title but Sami def deserves a world title someday. And prior to 2022 I thought Sami was by far the corniest dude on the entire roster.

To all y'all saying Cena has passed the torch to Cody...have y'all forgotten that John Cena never beat Roman Reigns?

It's a fair point.

If Cody doesn't go over at WM, don't know what they would do with him other than have him go over at SS...but who knows...you just don't know what could kill a push for good/destroy the mystique of a wrestler. Is it worth it for 1000 days to destroy a majorly over babyface?

When Seth had the Shield entrance at the Royal Rumble, he should've walked out with the belt, but they wanted Roman vs Brock again. :manny:

It's damn near unbelievable for Roman to lose at this point, but Rollings wasn't just in his head, he had a whole damn building in it. Spinning it into Seth beating Roman because of that matchup blows the rank wide-open for them to finally have more room to work with instead of everyone getting buried by the Bloodline.

Cody could actually use a loss to give him an even bigger baby face push.

He’s currently undefeated so this would be his first setback. He “wasn’t ready” for the big lights, it makes Reigns a bigger challenge when he actually beats him later on :yeshrug:

I feel u on that but Seth did technically win that match

They could revisit that only make it no DQ and have Seth get the belt

I personally think Jey should get the belt, Universal at least

Cody beating Roman for the title doesn’t make any sense

Jey Seth or Sami all make way more sense

Throwing Cody in the middle of this storyline is some of the most random shyt I’ve ever seen :dwillhuh:

Precisely.

Seth beating Roman doesn't automatically elevate him to a 1000+ day champion, so he can have a regular run, eventually take a regular L, and the divisions can flourish.

Cody winning would mean he'd get a ridiculous push that would end up in the same situation.

Sami does and doesn’t make sense. A nikka that lost to Johnny Knoxville a year ago was never going to be in position to knock Roman off. Sami caught a lick and it’s paying off in a way we couldn’t have imagined, but the truth is he wasn’t going to be the one.

I get that but not really. They rarely if ever have celebrities come in to take a loss.

Macho Man was damn near jobber status between WM5-WM8. He lost damn near every match he had after he turned heel when he was champ. Granted Sami ain’t Macho but just because someone takes a lot of losses don’t mean they won’t make a good champ when they get over.

The crowd would def be behind a Sami Zayn world title run.
