No one cares about Roman Reigns man...
the thing is, ppl dont' want another 10 years of another John Cena being shoved in their face.
No one cares about Roman Reigns man...
We all know how Brock is but who should really be getting the verbal venom? Those who made the deal..If they wanted it seem like a shoot and be different, Roman should of attacked Vince for the contract and the low dates...kind of how Rock told Cena " We damn sure know you wouldn't be showing up every week for free". Lol.I'm not spinning. At least Rock gave a shyt when he came back. Brock has had Vince by the balls for the last four years. He's phoned it in for at least 95% of that time. You can't blame Roman for taking the main event spot. Not one person on the roster would refuse that position, and give it to someone else.
It doesn’t matter. They’re still gonna watch.
What do y'all expect Roman to do, turn down the opportunity to main event? Y'all think he should go to Vince and say "You know what Vince, I don't want the main event. I don't want the big payday, let someone else have it"? Hulk didn't do that, HBK didn't, Brock sure as fukk didn't.
If Roman was white, 5’7, wrestled in Japan & the indies, wore kick pad boots n did suicide dives n flips he’d be cheered.
Also Roman having some charisma would help.If Roman got the pops and mainstream attention that Daniel Bryan got, he would be champ since 2015 consecutively. Not trying for the 4th time.
The weak strawman arguments people use to justify this ridiculous push are getting worse.I don’t think any of us are mad at Roman for taking the offer essentially. I’ve never heard anyone argue that a guy should’ve turned down a main event push.
The Seattle Seahawks thanked Daniel Bryan after they won the SuperbowlIf Roman got the pops and mainstream attention that Daniel Bryan got, he would be champ since 2015 consecutively. Not trying for the 4th time.
It all comes down to the fans wanting to feel like they're in control and getting to choose who the top guys are. Cena and ROman don't suck, but they're not the guys the fans chose, and after being raised on Austin vs McMahon they rebel against the idea of the McMahons choosing who's gonna be the hero of their stories.
WWE just has to run with it and adjust their storylines to it. Trying to convince a pro wrestling audience that they're not thinking hard enough about who they're booing, or doing something immoral by booing a guy who deserves his spot, is dumb as sh1t. Fans caring enough about this fake sh1t to really hate someone is a special thing.
Gotta love people running to the vanilla midget thing when Brock and Braun are the two most over people in the company
