I agree with the not waiting on cac part.... but those thing do need to be spoken about. You don't go to battle with limited knowledge - even if that battle is internal. so that's why we should always exam the details and demonic intentions of those against us. i think your theoretical situation about an albert einstein is actually a perfect example, i think it shows what is really going is that black people wouldnt know what to do with an albert einstein in their midst, that is a different problem than white racism, we cant fix white racism but we can fix how we talk and act around a potential albert einstein, you're trying to say (if i understand correctly) that it doesnt matter how you talk or dress, im saying if you have an albert instein in your midst it matters a whole lot how he talks and dress and his culture, without the proper culture a potential a black albert einstein will never fulfill his potential, he will never even get the chance to face the racism of harvard and yale and corporate america if he doesnt get through the gauntlet of black people with an anti academic culture trying to turn him into a "real nikka"

I don't necessarily agree with everything he says but alot of the posturing against Don Lemon sounds like an attitude that puts the ball in white peoples court. Since they're in a greater position to reform laws and policies that directly affect African Americans then why would we have any incentive rally together for some sort of change? It's a failure to critique our own culture that makes us complacent, waiting. Waiting on the white man to change drug laws, waiting on the white man to stop building private prisons, etc. Black people we need to take a honest look at where we'e failing to make an effort and that starts with raising some serious question on the what we value the most.

I think the issue here is he's using Hip Hop/Ghetto Culture as a focal point
for the failures in the black community,as in the entirety of the black community.
It's such a weak and lazy argument that it's fukking absurd that
anyone educated could stand behind that bullshyt.
It's annoying because all of a sudden it adds credence to these
racist beliefs that we're a bunch of hyper violent,hyper sexual
idiots who've failed to achieve anything and only believe
