If he's going to discuss race and shyt then he should address how of centuries of oppressing black people has destabilize the community and stunted its growth to such a point where it will take decades for shyt to really start to get better. What about the personally responsible blacks? Look at the c00ning they have to do for jobs. The problem is internal and external. Blacks have been born into a racist society. When I was a kid, i was happy go lucky, I grew up and suddenly there are Zimmerman's and O'Reilly's in my world. Define prejudice. Blacks can't run from their skin color, a nikka in a suit is the same as a black man in a suit, they are both less likely to get a job than a white man in a suit.

I think that is a factor, and im not suggesting ignoring racism and violations of constitutional rights but if racist policing was the main problem then black cities with black mayors and police chiefs wouldn't be plagued by violent crime

yeah but my point is if its racist policing, one solution would be to have majority black cities and with black mayors, police chiefs and judges, and we do have those, and if it was just the racist cops then those cities would be different than black neighborhoods target by white police, but in reality the situation in a majority black city (with a black power structure) is pretty much the same as majority black neighborhood elect black people, so racist cops do not explain everything

and for the record, im all for ending the drug war and im all for enforcing civil rights laws and individual rights, i just do not agree that those things will fix black neighborhoods and black cities, the fix requires a cultural change
