I have no idea they were both playing at the staples center, i seriously thought only the lakers were there and the clippers played in some small arena around town

It's obviously stupid they share an arena, but

It is what it is.

But the Clippers do have their right to 42 home games a season just like every other team in the league, so on those nights, it's their arena, so if they want to put up banners of their team, then good for them.
