So we still believing officers chain of events when it comes to shooting people in 2014?

I wouldn't be surprised if he opened fire instantly he saw what he thought was a gun. The old "he reached in his waistband" tale. Just like how the cat in Walmart pointed his rifle... Until footage showed he got shot the second they came into the aisle.

That would be surprising, because none of the people that witnessed this take place said that is what happened.

The rookie officer saw a black gun sitting on the table, and he saw the boy pick up the gun and put it in his waistband, Cleveland Police Patrolmen's Association President Jeffrey Follmer said.

The officer got out of the car and told the boy to put his hands up. The boy reached into his waistband, pulled out the gun and the rookie officer fired two shots, Tomba said.

I know people will hate me for this but if this happened the officer was threatened and I dont see any possible alternative that he could have taken, and I can't stand cops.On the other hand we all know these police lie so I will wait for more info from the people that were present.

Yeah, because police have such a fukkin great track record when it comes to recounting a story of use of lethal force. :stopitslime:

...Especially when da victim is black and dead.

they wouldn't have shot a 12 year old white boy like that, they know it and we know it but they'll just deny deny deny.

deescalation of the situation is their first action for white people/deadly force is the first reaction for blacks:pacspit:

Exactly.... there is never a pause for thought and reason when called to a scene with Black skin....
