So what does cop training say when you roll up on someone and they act like they are about to point a gun at you? I can't imagine it being anything else besides protecting yourself.

I admit I'm a bit hesitant to argue with you dudes because otherwise I might get called a c00n or some shyt. I'm pro-black and liberal on most issues but after seeing how the BB gun looked and given the circumstance ( I believe the dude who called it in was unsure in the way he said IT MIGHT be a BB gun or something like that), I'm not completely on board on saying this was just a wanton killing of a young black teen. There are some reasonable doubts about that being exactly the case in this circumstance.

If its an 12 year old boy common sense should tell you 2 pull ya gun out and warn the 12 year boy to put his weapon down before you fire any shots. Cops walk around with Vest on for a reason.

When there is no crime, you use context. This kid did nothing wrong dude, certainly not enough for him mentally process that cop may SHOOT him for doing exactly what he says.

Thats the part that's not connecting with you. The kid was playing in a park!!. Cops show up and 30 seconds later he's dead.
