Biggie was the Ja Morant of the 90s breh. Grew up safe and suburban but wanted to live the street life by associating with low lifes, selling drugs, beating women, rapping horrorcore lyrics about a life he never lived. And playing the victim everytime his card was pulled (Pac, E40, Wu etc.)

Bed Stuy is the subrubs now:what:

Big was in the hood.

By all accounts Pac wasn't involved in anything during his time in NY and Bmore. He was doing talent shows and theater while in high school.

Richie Rich told y'all Pac wasn't in the streets but he got called all kinds of names for telling the truth.

if we keeping it a buck ... both were gonna die and it wasnt a shock

DJ's like Clark Kent should be the ones not around, and Biggie and Pac should be here still instead
this dude proves why nobody knows or cares who he is... all his takes are random jail GED level shyt... never seen a dumber person in music

and the biggie fans in here are cowards just like he was. biggie was being extorted and not a main piece in any of that shyt ... he did what he could with the warning.... but his warning didnt mean shyt because he was a coward. Then he appeared wearing 2pac's jewelry right after

why you think 2pac loses his cool about biggie initially? when you had a friend you took charges for, completely steal your style and flavor (after you were shot by his team... while you are locked up after being shot) and you were the one who told him "You should sign with Puffy, you would fit here and make more money" Now the dude is wearing the jewelry you were robbed of and flossing through your demise

Keep it real. Biggie and 2pac aside. If you were on the come up in real life... and you know the person who's in the lead spot is about to get ejected from that spot. Most people arent gonna say shyt. Money made these dudes die... it always comes back to money in everything.

You would be a straight up homosexual to pick sides between Biggie or 2pac without admitting both were wrong. 2pac should have said 1 thing and worked behind the scenes. And Biggie should have never stabbed dude in the back and played dumb, while teasing 2pac. nikkas are such Biggie dikk suckers that they pretend none of this happened.... like he didnt keep it going AFTER 2pac's death, drop song about 2pac dying.... make a song called "Going Back To Cali" and then preform "Long Kiss Goodnight" on the radio in LA

I dunno why yall pretend like you dont know why both men werent shot :russ: both them dudes crossed the line so far beyond what most people die for

:mjlol: nikka u must be retarded

You don’t know me or who I know or what circles I ran in bro… it’s evident you ain’t even trying to have a convo on both these dudes mind stats which I mentioned

Pac Delusional, Big/Puff Naive hence when I said they did themselves no favors…

I knew exactly who them nikkas was they was running with.. it wasn’t a big secret

So essentially you're blaming Pac for biggies death? :gucci:

If Big kept his ass in NY like everybody told him to, he would probably still be alive today. Both them brothas was reckless af, I don't care what took place between them.

We lost arguably two of the greatest rappers of all time to some ol BS. Here we are 20 plus years later still trying to place blame on others instead of recognizing that their actions caused their downfall. Sheesh

puffy did a good job, and no he was not the bigger artist. this isnt about who became big out the gate and who didnt off their debut, idk why you nikkas use that like thats a sound answer or argument.

this is about who was bigger. Pac needing a few years is mute point. Fact is when he got big, Biggie came on and from then on he been more popular than him.

who got bigger off their debut =/= who was the bigger artist when they were alive.

Big died before his second album was released so we can't do a 1:1 comparison on their careers. All we can go by was the time they had and Big was more successful on his first album than Pac was with 2 albums.

Big never got a chance to see his potential while Pac did for a short while on Death Row.

They're highest selling albums both crossed 10 million in sales so Big was right there with him as an artist. Tupac just had the cult of personality behind him.

Let’s not act like Pac doesn’t have Stan’s who’s fathers went to the store for cigarettes and milk and never came back and Pac filled that void and now they hate anyone a man they never met hated

I don’t know any of these rappers personally so I’m looking at it objectively as everyone should
no one denies he does, its 2023 for godsakes all artist with big fanbases have stans and radical stans

and its no different than the coli that hold Nas like hes there father and Jay Z is their step dad and them 2 raised them. You got nikkas who peddle a little stepped on weed and drugs and treat Jay-Z like a God and live vicariously through him

and nikkas on the coli are known as Nas disciples enclave

Nobody wasn’t paying attention to that freestyle like that at 8am. I doubt LA dudes was getting their tapes ready breaking down lyrics. Long Kiss was a thing after both were dead

Yeah and it was obviously a hit ordered by Suge

Dudes are acting like some gang member Pac superfan heard that freestyle and went to go kill BIG
^^^ You 2 nikkas not even from the west coast and prolly never stepped foot on Cali soil, how you gonna say what LA/Cali nikkas was listening to and what they gonna get offended by:mjlol:

the audacity of some of you nikkas, this is like a Cac telling someone what to be offended and not be offended by type of shyt.

I didn’t say wheter or not they were offended I’m saying Suge put the hit out

Big didn’t get killed by some random LA dude who was a Pac super fan and wanted to avenge their favorite rappers death

Both rappers could have been 50 plus years old now and living prosperous off of their hard work...

I wish that Pac never even hung out with Jamaican Jack either. If that didn't happen, then Pac wouldn't have went down for that rape case and him would have been cool.

Pac would have been a executive producer on a Biggie album one day with Puff.

"The rings and things you sing about, bring 'em out
It's hard to yell when the barrel's in your mouth
It's more than I expected, I thought your jewels was rented
But they wasn't, so run it, cousin"

Pre shooting Big wasn't iced out like that. Post he suddenly had a lot of pieces very similar to Pacs and then you've got the bars as well which seem to tell the same tale. You can find countless pics online of the era and the timelines, rhymes and everything else aligns perfect so I'm saying that maybe, just maybe, the bad boy wasn't quite the angel three decades of PR makes most people believe.

I did say they may have came from the same place, bought by the same friends so there are angles but sometimes you just gotta keep it simple and see whats in front of your vision.

"See me in the street, your jewelry you can keep it, that'll be our little secret"

Once again, even if he was totally innocent of wrongdoing and not in any way complicit the lyrics say something else (just like the Dead Presidents diss) but stans willing skim over this to paint Pac as some paranoid demon who was unnecessarily beefing.

Same rings, different fingers... Picture what he said...

:what:

I don’t understand why some of you dudes like to throw a bunch of shyt at the wall hoping something sticks
at the end of the day … Jack, supplied both of them jewlz so they can floss

IDGAF, the nikka does not get brownie points in this discussion of who was bigger for having success off his first album. That is not this discussion right here thats a whole different topic. this is about who was more popular

And Big was not bigger than Pac, which makes this "pac was jealous of big" narrative by biggie stans sound more and more asinine.

if Pac was so jealous of artist he would have been jealous of Snoop, and Coolio who blew up way higher and reached higher peaks than Bigs lard ass ever did and came in the game after Pac.

and he was friends with the both of them, being cool with snoop even during his doggystyle era where Snoop was undoubtely a bigger star than Pac

What part of Pac lied about big having something to do with him getting shot at quad studios you don’t understand? All nikkas need is a reason… they don’t care, they will fight on that lie
