How many Death Threats did Biggie get when coming to LA?

PAC was dead 6 months before Biggie died. The writing was on the wall. Then he comes to LA and has the audacity to spit Long Kiss Good Night.

While 2Pac may have had some influence on why Biggie died. Biggies Death is ultimately on him and Puff who both knew there was a ton of static on both their heads. Yet he still came.

Blaming the death of Biggie solely on PAC who was already dead is asinine at best
Yeah … to blame pac strictly for biggies death is not totally right … when you add in suge and puffys issues Like u said pac caused unnecessary friction or tension towards big which was wrong but it’s suge and his people at the time who had the Pull and power to have someone clapped …. I truly believe this aswell if pac in spirit could have spoken to suge he himself would have told suge don’t do it as in having biggie murdered … I very much doubt pac would have wanted anyone killed behind all that ….

why do you keep saying this fukking lie
I told you a million & one times - the song was made months before Quad
and they only release the song ‘who shot ya’ after pac implicated biggie and puff in the Vibe mag
I never said the song was specifically about him... The release of the song around the time he was shot was deliberate.

Strictly for my nikkas went plat in 94. Ready to die went plat in 95.
Pac was the 1st rapper to have back to back albums go number 1 on billboard. and he did that while alive.

Stop lying.

They went plat literally a month apart from eachother. Big fukking deal bruh. Add in the fact of PAC’s movie career. And he had hit singles. Pac separated himself from Biggie fame wise completely in 95.

how are you doing, sir ….. long time no speak :manny:

but real talk I was responding to a poster who put out miss information once again about who was platinum first
now, as far as it not being a big deal to you, I beg to differ because one of those artists took 26 months to become platinum and the other it took 6

From everything you hear and read I think Biggies death had more to do with Suge and Puffs feud as much as it did about Big and Pac

Big wasn’t just retaliation for Pac it was retaliation for Wolf killing Suges man etc

one of those artist was nominated and won later on a award entirely bassed on the most popular rappers within a year

whereas the other one, was never nominated, not for his 95 run that your side claims he became a "mega superstar" nor did he get nominated after his death for his biggest album in 98.

so how really "big"/"bigger" was he really? :jbhmm:

well, I have no idea what award your talking about

but , biggie did the unthinkable … sweep & won every category he was nominated for from the most prolific year, in the hip-hop history :umad:

No point in arguing with them, ain’t one nikka in this thread who a Big fan admit he could’ve done few things differently. Always some deflecting or the big bad monster Tupac is to blame

Let’s not act like Pac doesn’t have Stan’s who’s fathers went to the store for cigarettes and milk and never came back and Pac filled that void and now they hate anyone a man they never met hated

I don’t know any of these rappers personally so I’m looking at it objectively as everyone should
