Pac was incredibly naive and reckless. Jack introduced him Jimmy and he didn't put it together that a man named Henchmen wasn't the one to play with. He had no idea who he was and didn't even bother mentioning him to Stretch to get info. Him running off at the mouth got Stretch indirectly involved and then Big. He gotta take the blame because that's the domino that fell and set everything in motion.

This the part I'm still confused on. According to most accounts, Cease saw Pac coming into the studio building, yelled down and said whats up, Pac said what's up I'm coming in. Cease told Biggie ayo Pac is coming in, I'm gonna head down and bring him up. And the shots rang out before Cease reached the lobby, rest is history. Seems like there was no time for warnings, unless you mean he should have warned him days before that something was gonna happen.
