The Dems have been slow leaking Thomas's shyt to the press for years so the story doesn't go away, and they can keep attention on the courts.

Every time Thomas thinks the story is over (he licks his wounds and makes some half-hearted attempt to disclose what he's been outed for), more comes out. Do we really think that's a coincidence?

They're making Thomas the posterboy for judicial corruption while at the same time laying out plans for a new system.

Dude it's performative gestures. Biden knows it's not getting done with the GOP. It's just for show. Just like Nancy's bill during COVID she knew wasn't going to pass. It's just more drama to blame republicans and rightfully so.

Please post where I've defended the GOP. This is no different than when the GOP puts forth bills they know won't pass. It's red meat for voters.
