The Dems have been slow leaking Thomas's shyt to the press for years so the story doesn't go away, and they can keep attention on the courts.
Every time Thomas thinks the story is over (he licks his wounds and makes some half-hearted attempt to disclose what he's been outed for), more comes out. Do we really think that's a coincidence?
They're making Thomas the posterboy for judicial corruption while at the same time laying out plans for a new system.
