If and when Nigeria breaks up the southerners must and I mean must ensure it’s a 3 state breakaway. And Biafra must align with the South South if not it becomes a landlocked nation.

Oduduwa has a better defined territory/region so I could see a situation where Biafra and the SS bicker about who’s in this new nation and as a result loose steam for separation.

If TPTB force a two state nation then there has to be a united Southern block from Lagos to Cross Rivers. At least the Yoruba contingency can be reasoned with.

It has already been established by the stakeholders who want to separate that the middle belt also want to separate as well. Also in regards to what they now call "South South" or "Niger Delta" the referendum that is being proposed will include whether they want to be apart of Biafra or remain with Nigeria. I know how many abandon properties in Port that my direct family owned, but was chased out after war, but I will leave that story. Whether we are land locked or not, there are still waterways and aren't some countries in central Africa landlocked, along with Burkina Faso, and that has not stopped independence. Those championing for Biafra are now working along with Oduduwa.. have you been reading the tweets and articles posted in this very thread?

I know a lot of folks in the South South are split, but as for myself I could care less if they remain or leave. I no longer want to live in another man's country fighting for who will sit at the white man's table and not use my skills to better my homeland. Periodt.

It has already been established by the stakeholders....

Biafra and the SS need to be one block. Simple and plain. The Biafra of the 1960s comprised of Igbo land and much of the SS. I'd say throw in Delta state as well since there's already a strong Igbo contingency there, Edo State is a toss up between Oduduwa and Biafra. But landlocking the country in the 21st century is just not it.

"The enemy of my enemy is my friend". SS does not benefit whatsoever underneath Nigeria, Biafra would be a better case.

The new scam is COVID-19 testing and protocols for entry and departure out of Nigeria. If I tell you the hell my mom went through just to get back to the states, you will continue to confirm the level incompetence and corruptness of this country is a disease.

I went to Jamaica in August and did my COVID-19 test as instructed, did not have to pay to upload my results on the country's portal, and upon entry was asked for what was required and was out the airport within 15 minutes.

Nigeria on the other hand, charges 50,000 Naira to upload your results, has changed its timing of the test 3 times, went from 48 hours, to 72 hours, to 96 hours, to now 120 hours. Then after you pay on their website you are suppose to get QR barcode. Tell me why the barcodes are not coming in the email provided as mentioned. Someone I know paid 3 times, just for it to finally come the 3rd time, ask me if she was refunded the previous 2 transactions......NO.

Then once you arrive in Nigeria, even if you have everything required, they scrutinize everything, and threaten you with quarantine in govt. facility in order to collect another bribe. Just disgusting. If you are from the diaspora and dont need to go to Nigeria urgently, I would recommend you staying at home till things get back to normal. My prayers is by then, the country will be on its way to separation. Mad people

sounds like nigeria
first country i ever visited where custom officers asked for money to not search my bag :dahell:

Anyone with sense is trying to get the hell out. Now USA, Dubai, and London are no longer giving visas so the new spot is Canada. Currently working on my cousin to get to Canada. He graduated last year with a medical degree is at home, no job. This is in a nutshell Nigeria. 60 years of failure and corruption.
