For a fukking license plate?????? A front fukking license plate???? Even if it is the law, how do you shoot someone over a license plate because he was gonna flee. He was starting the car.........but It don't even matter. He didn't deserve to die either way. The cop had no right to even pull his fukking weapon

What was the reason gave by the the officer for why he felt, he had to shoot? Was his legs about to get run over by the back wheels of the car or something? Literally, just after saying stop twice -- the officer plants one in his skull with the quickness. I wonder how his lawyers are gonna explain this one.
