Logic & reason, alone, are not enough to create an objective standard of morality.
Religion doesn't create an objective standard either, Purely subjective.
Objective means something is based on facts and evidence.
Subjective means something is based on opinion, feelings or faith.

Religion doesn't create an objective standard either, Purely subjective.
That ultimately depends on your definition of religion.
Objective means something is based on facts and evidence.
Not entirely.....

Subjective means something is based on opinion, feelings or faith.
Again, not entirely.....

Abrahamic religions cannot be racially essentialized.

Abrahamic religions in particular preceded race anyway. Even if they did not, people are free to give up on or change previous interpretations and come up with their own in creative ways.

History has shown so many examples of that that it shouldn't be a debate anymore, unless it just aims to serve a purely political agenda. There are even more theological spins than there are religious groups.

Since nikkas of Central and West-African descent will use Ethiopia (East Africans) to justify being Christians like it wasn’t imposed because of colonialism and slavery :mjlol:

Ethiopia CONVERTED to Christianity 4th century AD,
because of a non-Black Christian missionary from
Lebanon..

Christianity was enforced to make Africans submissive
and accepting of Colonialism and Enslavement.

And to cut enslaved Africans in the Americas from their Ancestral cultures and traditions rooted in Central and West Africa, as the overwhelming majority practiced ATRs that kept them rebellious to enslavement.

The African traditions and lexical items in ATRs of the Black Diaspora can be traced back directly to specific ethnic groups and regions in Central and West Africa they originate from TIL THIS DAY.

Academic studies of history, anthrology and linguistics of the Black Diaspora all confirm this.

BaKongo people, Kingdom of Kongo

Fon people, Kingdom of Dahomey

Aja people, Kingdom of Allada

Yoruba people, Oyo Empire

Anyone that justifies Christianity outside of anything other than
“I just like the theology” simply hasn’t read enough academic work about History, Slavery and Christianity’s intricate oppressive role in it. (and traveled to see it first-hand)

ATRs had a rebellious, liberating and African cultural preserving function during that time period.

The Haitian Revolution being the nucleus of these historical facts.

LOST NIKKAS will still be a denial of documented facts tho :russ:

Christianity is inherently colonial and anti-African

Basically this, and that shyt ain't no where close to what it was originally at this point.
Why should it when the human condition and society changed from 2,000 years ago? Hell, it changed within the pages of the texts to reflect that, so I don't get why that would even be a valid critique unless you're applying it to literalists/extremists.
