I might be totally off but i feel like C-Webb's prime and/or peak years last longer than Amare's. So i'll go with Webber.
They did. I think Amare at his peak was a little better but Webb lasted longer at a high level.

It was actually after the Bullets traded Sheed after his rookie year for Rod Strickland that they started making noisePrime C Webb was like a smaller Shaq that could shoot the mid range jump shot. He was an underrated defender as well. Dude was a beast. Plus, Webber won everywhere he went. He even made the Bullets a playoff contender, him and rasheed wallace. Amare was great too, but he couldn't take over games at will like Webber did. And he's offensive output was predicated on the type of system he played in. His style of play was perfect for the run and gun offense. I'm going with Webber.
