I might be totally off but i feel like C-Webb's prime and/or peak years last longer than Amare's. So i'll go with Webber.

They did. I think Amare at his peak was a little better but Webb lasted longer at a high level.

Amare was that dude but I don't understand this at his best he was better then C-Webb. Amare showed at his peak he was a 25-26 ppg scorer with about 9 rebounds to match. C-Webb was at 27 and 13 along with dropping 4 to 5 assists a night too and being more versatile. I'm going with Webber all day.

Prime C Webb was like a smaller Shaq that could shoot the mid range jump shot. He was an underrated defender as well. Dude was a beast. Plus, Webber won everywhere he went. He even made the Bullets a playoff contender, him and rasheed wallace. Amare was great too, but he couldn't take over games at will like Webber did. And he's offensive output was predicated on the type of system he played in. His style of play was perfect for the run and gun offense. I'm going with Webber.

It was actually after the Bullets traded Sheed after his rookie year for Rod Strickland that they started making noise
