Can honestly say this is a forgettable song. The fact that he's clearly swagger-jackin' MJ makes it worse. Call it 'paying homage' all you want.....as a matter of fact, that's what a lot of people have been doing with this nikka for as long as I can remember. You can't spend your whole career 'paying homage' :rudy:

And before people claim I'm hating on just him, let me just say that a lot of today's artists have his same problem. Great talents that are doing mostly-mediocre songs (and videos) for some reason. Beyonce is the first name to come to mind; as well as that thread on her where people were saying she only had a few real classics (which is true), despite being a talented singer/performer

These parts of your post I agree with. You Rock My World is great to dance to though. Sh*t is underrated as hell.

I can ask myself that question and ill give the same response I gave in another thread. You can't make that comparison when you're dealing with two different generations that had two different influences. If Michael was influenced by the same type of dancing as Chris brown was which is mostly hip hop and Mj himself, can you say he would not be able to do those moves, when he's innately a dancer? No you can't say that. You can't compare the two when their styles are mainly a reflection of their generation and not their ability.

Athletically there is no athlete that was born in the 50's that would be considered a better athlete than a supreme athlete born in the 90's or 80's. How could we say that MJ is a better dancer than someone that grew up studying all his moves and his style. It's almost like saying Bruce Lee couldn't beat his teachers ass because his teacher taught him, but keep in mind that Lee was influenced by many styles of martial arts not just what he was taught by his teacher. I say that to say as time goes on athletes become more athletic than those they proceeded and the same goes for dance which is a form of athleticism imo. As time goes on people become better than those that were before them because it is a physical artform. It's 1 thing if I was talking strictly on vocal ability which can't really be duplicated but dancers get better as time goes on just like athletes get better as times goes on.

People saying MJ is a better dancer than Breezy is beyond ridiculous. If they were to battle, MJ would use his rehearsed moves while Breezy would destroy him with his freestyling ability. All of MJ moves were rehearsed, choreographed and practiced. Breezy can go 5 rounds freestyling moves off the top of his head and just obliterate MJ.

I agree. I don't even like CB but I have to take my hat off to him for this 1. And it may be time to say he's the best dancing singer of alltime.

:whoa:I wouldnt go that far...why is it that people now adays in this generation want to claim as the "greatest of all time"? What happened to their predecessors? Young fans now a days dont know history behind alot but instead just judge off what they know and see today. Chris will never be able to walk in MJ's shoes, you are talking about a person that has been on no 1 charts in the 60's, 70's 80,s 90s, and beyond. He has collectively sold enough records to make breezy look like a person selling mixtapes out of there trunk. We are talking about a creative genius that produced full songs, beats and alls, wrote lyrics and danced so well no other could replicate even when they tried.

What that video again, and watch smooth criminal below and tell me that Breezy has the fluidity as Michael. As a matter a fact when Mikes videos came out they would be advertised for weeks before release and they were like movies, everyone in the world use to be at the TV that night live waiting for the premier. Chris is talented but c'mon I think you are going way to far of saying best singer dancer of all time....Thats an insult to Mike and many other artists...
