Rey wasn't in the gym 10 hours a day training, expanding his heart like these dudes Benoit,Eddie,Warrior.Doubt he has anything to worry about.

If you notice, none of the dudes close to Vince have died though. Warrior already had a heart condition.

But I bet Vince and the ppl closest to him have access to the TOP quality, cleanest version of roids(or whatever they take) avaliable. Meanwhile alot of these other guys are getting roids off the black market. Combine that with drugs and alcohol and it's a bad deal.

Yup. Chavo said he had a work out and breakfast w/ Eddie that morning and Eddie was real upbeat and excited about the plans Vince had for him (the rumored title win and rumored feud with HBK perhaps?) and then went up to get ready to go to the arena. That was the last time anyone saw him alive. :to:
Huh? That's not what I remember Chavo saying. I remember Chavo speaking about it with Jericho

He said he, Eddie, and Benoit were supposed to work out and have breakfast in the morning. Chavo got a call from security telling him Eddie was in his room passed out in his bathroom (he missed a couple of wake up calls). Chavo found him there dead. Chavo was the last person that saw him alive the night before

I always though Chris killed them both, because of Nancy getting up into Chris face. With Chris brain damage he wasn't able to control it anymore, and killed Nancy out of spite and then killed his kid because he thought he shouldn't have to live with the pain of not having a Mother.

Chris placed bibles next to them, saying he was sorry and just being a wreck. Crying and just finding his life just shattered from what he did, as he knew he was a monster and it came out. So he hung himself off because he felt like it was the only right thing to do.

This is basically how I believe it happened. I don't think it was pre-meditated. He flew into a rage, killed Nancy, came back to reality and realized what he did, decided he should kill himself too out of fear and guilt, but also took his son first, probably thinking they could all be together again in the afterlife.

EDIT: I should add I don't blame Benoit's actions entirely on steroids. He was an oddball already, and then you add drug abuse and brain damage to the mix, and you've got yourself a ticking time bomb.

You know something TSC members, years ago I gave an interview where I called them Vanilla Midgets. Guys like them were the death of the Pro Wrestling industry. After some time, my views have changed...

I'm just messing with you. Of course I still believe Vanilla Midgets being pushed as Main Eventers are the death of the industry and this just proves it. No disrespect to Eddie and Chris, but being that they weren't over 6 feet tall, they should have been happy and content in their place on the mid card. Vanilla Midgets are not genetically able to perform at a high level without some form of health risks. Scott and I have taken so many drugs on the road over the years and we're still standing. Daniel Bryan's best bet is to come back, accept his role in the midcard, and bring back worth to the IC strap.

Negativity (Kayfabe)
It is popular belief that Chris committed the murders while under the effects of what we commonly call ‘roid rage’. The WWE stated several reasons why that couldn’t have been the case. According to them, Chris’ actions were deliberate. Others state that his actions could be related to brain damage following numerous concussions. What do you think really happened?

TSC brehs; is it true the WWE were tryna paint Chris a murderer, not someone goin' through the effects of steroid abuse?

What's a good article on the WWE and their treatment of Benoit's legacy?

Probably because even with all that talent. they still were overlooked for being short and not the quote on quote "Stereotypical Wrestler" you know the Lesnar's, Batista's, Ultimate Warrior's, etc and it made them feel like they had to do it to get noticed and finally get a chance.

This is a very inappropriate comment. You're trying to completely shift the burden of responsibility away from the actual parties and their own behavior, and blame others. Look, Benoit and Guerrero were making pretty good money early on in their careers wrestling in Japan, and when they signed with WCW in 1995 they were both locked in to six figure contracts. They re-upped those contracts a couple of years after for close to a half a million dollars a year. Stop trying to act like these guys were mistreated and abused souls that only did drugs because they "wanted a chance". Thats insulting. Someone who wants a chance is the guy who drives 500 miles to wrestle in front of 100 people for a 20 buck payoff. Not two guys who were wrestling for a powerful conglomerate in front of packed arenas, and being handsomely rewarded for it.

They were just greedy and wanted more, and as a result they got caught in their own vices and psychopathy. Not only were they abusing steroids, they were alcoholics, and popping every upper and downer at an incomprehensible rate. They were living incredibly destructive lives....Lets stop acting like these were good moral people because they could wrestle. Especially Benoit. People rag endlessly on Triple H, but the guy has never touched an alcoholic drink, let alone a drug (outside of steroids), and it shows; just like the decisions benoit and eddy consciously made caught up in the end, and for one led to one of the worst tragedies in sports history.

Person i'm most worried about is Scott Steiner

Steroids in and of themselves aren't that bad. Heck guys like Franco Columbu and Frank Zane are still alive and kicking well into their 70s, and guys Sergio Oliva and Serge Nubret lived longer lives than most. It's when guys start adding pills, alcohol, and other recreational drugs, like Eddie and Benoit, were doing where it starts to really take a toll on the body. I've never heard of Steiner being into recreational drugs so I wouldn't be that concerned.
