the shyt aint rocket science. violence is merely the result of poverty miseducation and lack of resources and employment. google the top 10 most violent cities in the world and study their social construct. same elements create these environments that creates the violence and crime. when the italians and irish came to america, they lived in that same condition and what did they do, form gangs sold drugs committed crimes and murder. the government came in and set them up with land, loans and opportunity, and many of them got into politics.
flipside for black gangs, any program any city official tried to set up with any gang was infiltrated and ultimately broken up, anytime any black gang leaders tried to get into politics the government shut it down, they never gave any of us loans or land, and in fact we continue to get hit with racist zoning laws voted by racist whites and arabs to make sure we cant open businesses in certain affluent areas.
