anytime you get rid of all the good players and it doesnt produce results, it's gonna cost you your job. He got rid of EVERYBODY. I could see if they were 1-15 losing. but hell man, you went to the playoffs your first year. I could see retooling here and there. but he revamped the whole squad.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him end up in Miami rather than Tennessee. Miami has been known to try and go after the 'big name' coach, would probably offer more money, more skill position talent, they need an offensive minded coach with the money/commitment they've made to Tannehill, and Tannehill is probably as athletic as Mariota to run his offense.

Say "this is your team we have your back" and then after one season get rid of him? Why not pull him in say "you made this mess you better have a plan" and give him a second season WITH THE TEAM YOU LET HIM MAKE??!!...
