Time to go!!
James harden apologised to China on behalf of the rockets but his punk ass got mad and refused to speak on the kneeling issue when a reporter pressed him about it a couple year ago
Trump and republican going going to go in on the NBA for freely critisizing our govt but scared of China
The US likes to play world police but you see we aren't trying to police shyt unless it benefits us...I swear we may just be the biggest hypocritical pieces of shyt.
I feel you but its too much money at stake here. We talking about billions of dollars. China is a godsend for the NBA. This is a position even the NFL would kill for. And I don't give two shyts about China but Morey will likely get canned. I will say this though... Has Darryl Morey ever spoken up for something that has happened here in the States? He might not even give two shyts about people in Hong Kong. He probably got senitmental off some shyt he saw on the news. Silver, the Rockets(which are the gateway franchise for China), and the league is not going to let a GM fukk up the China Bag no matter what. It is what it is. What would really help out is if Yao Ming made a statement that could ease both sides of the equation. But maybe he's shook of the Chinese government too I think its a wrap for Morey. He's been poppin off at the mouth for some time now.
Players, coaches, and trainers are to stand and line up in a dignified posture along the sidelines or on the foul line during the playing of the National Anthem.
The republican going going to go hard on the NBA for freely critisizing our govt but scared of China
Morally, you’re right, but nobody gets to billionaire status thinking they made enough money. Nobody.Same shyt Jesus always told us about wealth....you don't own it, it owns you.
You think that more money should mean more freedom. But most of the time the wealthier people get, the MORE protective they get of holding onto that money and the MORE they're willing to morally compromise themselves to make more of it.
In my lifetime I can't think of a single star in a major league who was willing to fukk up his money for a moral principle, and not most rich people in other parts of life either. Kaep is out there obviously as the best of them but he wasn't a star anymore when he made his stand and he may well have traded in at the end to fill his pockets back up (not judging, I don't know all the facts, but it's out there like that). Most Americans who have millions on the line would damn near push any poor person right in front of the damn Chinese tank if that's what it took to keep their job. Not that that justifies it, it's still absolutely pathetic.
Any Harden fan with principles and moral integrity should call him out right now.
Which. Is. Why. Chasing. Money. Is. Evil.Morally, you’re right, but nobody gets to billionaire status thinking they made enough money. Nobody.
"We apologize. You know, we love China. We love playing there," Harden said. "For both of us individually, we go there once or twice a year. They show us the most important love.”
"We appreciate them as a fan base," Harden said. "We love everything there about them”
Did he say anything about Trump promising to Xi to stay quiet about Honk Kong protests while they're negotiating trade?
Did he or Republicans say anything about Trump asking China to investigate Biden?
It’s the brand eraSets a bad precedent.
Regardless of which you enjoy more these leagues sure are repressive when it comes to social views
