The price to own a house in Beijing and other major cities is basically spread across generations. China built too much high speed rail as some places don't use it, or do in a small amount; along with a whopping debt to build it. Plus China's one-kid and two-kid policies have come back to bite them on the ass. Other countries are having childbirth issues, but China's is obscene.

India as a country will have to adjust to Climate Change, and I don't see them leading the charge.
