I've never in my life seen a black male cower to a man of another race.

It nowadays happens symbolically moreso than literally. Examples include begging a white man for a job, begging white men to fix up crime in their communities, begging Asians and Jewish people to stop buying all the businesses and real estate in their neighborhood etc. The black man has been bowing down to non black men for way too long.
