china is just letting the US know it can defend itself militarily if necessary. because china also knows it will never be able to capitalize on its economic advantage if it cannot defend itself militarily. the US has no problem escalating into violence to achieve its ends so china has to make the war option so devastating to the US that we will be forced to honor our economic obligations.

if china did not have sufficient military capabilities the US would just be on its bully...

The Chinese aren't really about that life. Look at the last 70 years. The US will pop ur head off regardless of an attack. One of the few times we were attacked, Japan - we bombed civilians knowing it would fukk up future generations.

China has a history of being Japan's bytch in the past.... China and really the world outside of the United States, is operated with technology that the US had in the 90's... or in the 50's. We can owe them all the trillions they wanna buy up, but it doesn't really matter.
