China just wrecked all of American AI. Silicon Valley is in shambles.

We're gonna need allies though. Question is....who?

Each other first and foremost, but we also should peep game from the other groups that have experienced the bad side of the white man’s hand. What are effective things that we did that should be reimplemented? What are effective things that the Chinese did to repair themselves from the fukkery they got hit with? The Indians? What were the missteps that led them there? What were the missteps that led us here?

If people actually study history, they’ll notice that for a decent amount of the time cacs were behind on shyt and the times that they were on it was through lifting shyt from other people that they came to conquer. So even their innovations have often been driven off the engine of mass plunder and exploitation.

Nah Elon took a hit too. Grok was his AI and it’s pointless as well. All of this can be traced to Zuckerberg who created LLAMA and then gave it away for free. LLAMA was used to train Deepseek. I want to see what happens to Zuckerberg cause everyone should be questioning why he gave up LLAMA.

The whole purpose of Silicon Valley is to make America number #1 in tech and they failed. Elon was suppose to be the forefront of EVs and China is running that too.

Crackers are in shambles ya’ll
Their goal was to make money while tricking people into thinking they're building something new.

The irony is that silicon valley since 2007 has just been finding ways to sell you shyt that already exists.

One could even argue that Facebook is basically just MySpace now. All the things that made it stand out are gone.

Yeah, the A.I system or whatever it is that Elon is set to release/upgrade was supposed to be groundbreaking, but now because it ran on the non-Chinese architecture it’s basically going to look mid.

This shyt really pulled the curtain back.

Black people across the globe need to wake the fukk up and get serious. Our chance to repair all of the damage done to us might finally be here.

I see the AES-Sahel Allaince(Mali, Niger, and Burkina Faso) as a potential power house that might grow bigger.

Then dont make stupid comments.. cuz whatever you invested in, took a hit today.. you dope
:dahell: :dahell: :dahell:The fukk I care about that for? I am not retirement age fretting about it. Things will bounce back. Do you know how long-term investments work? And AI is a big ass bubble. It has it's uses but the gold rush will enrich the shovel sellers going forward, not the gold diggers.

What you say remind a a vid Patrick Boyle who a hedge fund manager, a university professor and a former investment banker.

It seems like every day the tech industry comes out with a "brilliant new idea” that turns out to be merely a reinvention of a mundane product that already existed. Tech bros keep reinventing the bus, but they have also taken to reinventing the tea pot, the toothbrush, the lunchbreak and the public park. In today's video we look at the tech products that either already existed or should never have existed.

I’ve been a firm believer of Africa uniting along regional grounds/commonly shared resources. So like Nile Valley states, ECOWAS remodeled under a purely autonomous form would work well. Alliances with North, Southern, and Central Africa. It’ll make for a more efficient use of resources, diffuse tensions created by unnatural arbitrary borders, and create a large enough work force with enough natural resources to amass power and wealth.

East Africa alone could be one of the most geopolitically significant nations on the planet if it were one united whole. It’s my theory that Black people getting themselves together globally will provide the necessary checks and balances that will prevent the havoc that’s been caused by a world led by white neuroticism.

Those checks and balances are already being put in place by China. Affica just has to find a way. No need to quickly become a powerhouse just take care of home and then neighbors while building a military

Basically, it’s in the global south’s best interest overall to create a more equitable and environmentally conscious system because it’s that region that’ll be most impacted by climate change and it’s that region that is disproportionately exploited for its resources.

It’s gotta start practical, create supply chains between the diaspora and the continent. Create trade within the diaspora and the continent amongst each other. Cultural exchanges so we can begin to understand how this plague rocked us and how we overcome it on a human level.

By moving in one accord and targeting the necessary goals needed to overcome our centuries long malaise we will provide ourselves with the opportunity to be in equal standing with other people around the world. I’m not even saying anything new, some of these things were preached by Brother Malcolm, some of these things were spoken on by Marcus Garvey, and so on. We actually have the blueprint in countless books from gaining an understanding of what happened to actual tangible things we can do to recover from it both individually and as a people.

This is what is so funny to me about the h1b conversation. They're claiming these are the "best" of other countries.

Why would an elite in a country like india choose America when they could go to China or an EU country like the Netherlands who are actively investing in tech, education, and its a place where they know their kids won't get murdered in a school shooting? Why would they go to a place where the cost of living can go up dramatically because the leader has decided an ally is now an enemy? Why would they move somewhere where the cost of living is so high, that the money they are making is getting eaten up by rent which the government will allow landlords to keep raising?

The chauvinism from magats and conservatives in general is comparable to north Koreans. Kim stans in NK legitimately believe that they are the true korea and that the rest of the world is a garbage dump. The worldview of conservatives is that immigration is a form of charity and the people being allowed in aren't being brought in as cheap labor or skilled labor. They literally believe that any poor person comes to America, does nothing and gets hooked up with housing and free shyt indefinitely and their quality of life is superior.

That blindness to reality keeps them from understanding that the only thing that america offers these people is more money, but that additional money doesn't matter if it's getting eaten up by the cosf of healthcare, gas, tuition for their kids, rent, and groceries because the government is deporting the workers that keep wages and therefore prices, low.

Donald Trump does not know what he's doing and rather than surrounding himself with experts, he's surrounding himself with sycophants. He has no actual understanding of economics, emotional intelligence or strategy because his whole life he has gotten his way by always having more money than the people he's negotiating with. That doesn't work in democracy, so he's trying to shape America into the same kind of structure as a typical company. What this means is that like a CEO, he would be an authoritarian that decides policies based on what he feels like and cuts entire departments to save money while transferring the savings to the managers and investors.

He's literally doing corporate restructuring except to government employees right now.

I agree with your general point but I wouldn't call India an elite country. I question their talent levels. Their education system isn't sniffing China's.

I said it before in the Tech Layoffs thread: a CEO’s main goal is to make money.

Not to save the world.
Not to create a great product.
Not to be innovative.

They want to make money.

Many times they’re simply trying to get acquired/bought out so they can leave the dump of a codebase/product to be someone else’s problem while they walk off counting their money.

So that means a lot of copycat products.

Pump

And

Dump.

Grifting 101.

While I think China will remain a heavy player in the years to come due to their focus being decade over decade in scale compared to the narrow quarter to quarter focus that plagues US thinking on most topics like the economy and infrastructure, I'm still of the belief that folks forecasting this as the end of US tech equities are misguided. We're talking about trillions at state. Capital that massive doesn't capitulate without a fight :wow:
