I'm not a headline reader, I actually read the articles posted.
and having lived in china for 6 years, this is quite a big deal. They hardly ever pass out prem residency to foreigners that are
not married to chinese. huge move by the chinese who have been behind a wall until 2008. and barely got a wave of foreigners around 2011.
xenophobia to be expected, just like if the U.S govt announced it was going to give out greencards like hotcakes, BUILD THAT WALL, and this is a damn country built off immigration not a 5,000 yr old civilization with 1.2 billion people stacked on top of each other. you can imagine how scared they are of outsiders/aliens that look completely different flocking in.
like I said, huge move by the chinese govt.
if you want to make easy money, move to china. I was loaded when I lived there, had a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, huge walk in closet with a beach view for like $400 (I rented out one of the rooms) lol. I moved there after the economic bubble popped and people were getting laid off like hotcakes in cali. getting employed in china was effortless, in fact come to think about it I've never met any unemployed chinese nor foreigner. only difficulty, is language. but you could almost always find a job with a foreign company and no background check
I had one homie become an english teacher, year later he was the damn director, he was balling. I still talk to the homie was supposed to link up with him at venice beach on his vacay but I had to hit the airport, hes a brotha with dreads from New Jersey of all places. He was smashing hella hoes too, and he like 50.
