Yes they are basically two groups. One acts on it and usually are the pedos that get locked up and shyt. The other group, knows its wrong and will not act. They try to support and help each other out, but its torture for them everyday. I learned about this, in my psychology classes.

Agreed, I remember seeing something on TV a long time ago about some people that were pedo's (One woman, which I just never think of as pedo) and dude was literally crying balling talking about how he's just going to get himself castrated so he doesn't have the urges. Its not a rights thing with this is more a protection thing and a health thing. If we know someone is a sociopath and wants help he or she can go seek it with all kind of red flags going off or feds getting warned or whatever the case might be, they can try and get help and for themselves and those around them instead of trying to tackle something alone that 9 times out of 10 they are going to give into at some point.
