Believe it or not but I just went to this spot for the first time dining inside. It was crowded and the manager was some brolic breh kissing white ass in the dining room floor. I gave him a head nod and he looked at me like I was retarded. Felt like I was watching a live performance of The Blind Side.

ATL, but rasied in DMV
In the Chick-fil-A video above, the second guy still got it wrong. He was really supposed to tell the customer, "Thanks, my pleasure", or just "Thanks". I'm not saying a customer is never supposed to thank the employee, but no way should it be expected for customers
to thank a business when they're the ones spending their money with them, the way a lot of Black people thought as a result of those sit-in days. In many cases, this leads to the customer being taken for granted (if not already), especially brothers. And sisters wound up not even responding with a word, or even a smile, after you thanked them for doing their job, and taking your money. And a "My pleasure" response is off the table. You won't even get a "You're welcome". Not long ago, I politely said, "Thank you" to a sister bringing my food to me at the front counter at Zaxby's...and I heard crickets. She was young, cute, with a nice behind. As a matter of fact, she had her behind facing me a little too long, while she was busy doing something else at the table several yards behind her counter. I had to eventually get her attention to take my order. Although she was giving everybody a nice view of her backside, it was still unprofessional. But they're tryna make this kinda customer service normal in a lot of these fast-food chains lately...by totally ignoring you at the cashier until they're ready to take your order, or until you POLITELY get their attention. Anyway, the customer in line behind me that day, turned around and left...he was a foreigner. Just think if that had been a big girl with no behind at the cashier :scust:Unfortunately, I had that experience too.

The best way to get decent customer service while eating out, is to go to places where you have to spend a little more money, and not frequent these fast food chains. Unfortunately, you'll get better customer service at places you're supposed to leave a tip, except for franchises like Waffle House, I-Hop, Golden Corral, etc... These places act negative, and still expect you to leave a tip. And these brothers will still leave a tip for bad customer service...when the poor service is coming from a female. At least it was that way when I was frequenting these places a few years ago. But I have to give more credit to sisters here. They will not leave a tip for bad customer service, when they're dining alone. However, if they're on a date with me, a lot of them still for some reason, would still want me to leave a tip regardless of bad customer service, unless the bad customer service was directly aimed at them too, or them alone. And they'd eventually become my ex.
