Chicago nikkaz being organized and their leaders being removed is the reason for a lot of bullsh*t, a lot of the big homies are gone. That's not the same as tribal azz L.A. or Little Rock. And I only speak on what I know, I don't know that much, I'm not in the field. But from what I do know, and having been around Chicago nikkaz and around NY nikkaz, and LA nikkaz, and Texas nikkaz, Chicago nikkaz are on a way different level. A lot of the studio gangsta sh*t you see in a lot of cities doesn't really happen in Chicago because sh*t is SUPER real out here. Anyway, it doesn't matter, sh*t is sad, organized or not. I hear you. I'm right in the thick of it because of my past and my recovery program that I have with late teen-early 20s males. I have meetings 5 times a week discussing EVERYTHING trying to teach them and learn from them at the same time. Thats not to say I know more than you or anyone else, just that I have daily interaction with the shorties out here. The violence isn't ANYMORE severe in Chicago than the other violent cities, nor is it more violent than it had been in the past here. Whats changed is the violence has almost exclusively involved the younger generations and that has changed everything. Before, the violence was being committed by 18-30yr demographic while the 12-17yr old were present or involved but not so violent themselves. Now the tables have turned because of what you said earlier, all the leadership got booked and interfighting started. Fragmented organizations and all the rampant tricking that Chicago youth started due to trying to dodge the cases cops were putting on the brothers and the overcharging/over sentencing the courts complied with made a perfect storm of fukkery.

Black males either being deadbeat dads or ratchet ass no good mothers running off/keeping away involved fathers so they can chase dikk further created the problem. Plus these shorties seeing girls WANTING to be treated like hoes, to be beat, to actually WANT kids so they can get Vouchers and LinkCards to move out they momma house and get their own place. All that does is stoke the flames. Then drill took over and now all the youth are trying to get a deal by heightening their names in the violence so they can be more known and have better access to getting on if they ever do. nikkas creating OPPS among themselves as if they are in the position that Reese and them are....but they not. Keef and those guys are all ready on. They can say what they want because theyve got the money to protect themselves from how they act. These newer guys dont have money to protect themselves and getting slumped over at bus stops and on mountain bikes. Jojo's mother is my co-worker's classmate and the stud that just got shot at the bus stop was that same co-worker's nephew. As I tell everyone (not even on serious topics) but the world is quite small. You will always run into someone whether you want to or not.
