It was founded in 1835 and is the second largest police department with 12,000 officers and each year kills the most people of any police department in the U.S.

So not one police officer has been charged with an on duty murder in almost 180 years and literally thousands of fatal on duty shootings. That legalized murder.

Breh the truth is the majority in this nation do not like care or empathize with black folk. As long we are a minority we will never see or get justice. Minorites around the world never get justice. Should come this evening. Dude reportedly was shot 16 times as he was walking away. He fell to the ground and the officer kept shooting

. Cop should be fileted alive and salt poured into his wounds and then have flesh eating ants poured on him. I bet they'll say the victim was reaching for a gun, bring up his past,etc. These cops make any other street gang look like children. RIP
