Good! I'm glad Chicago has received justice for this case. and he was remanded into custody immediately after the verdict and bail was revoked (min. 6 years. max 30 on each of the 16 counts of aggravated, 2nd deg.. up to 30). Even the alternate jurors said that he would have said "guilty" :
"I would say guilty," one alternate said when asked which way they were leaning. "He should have waited longer. I mean, he knew the Taser was coming. That's what did it for me."
"Where was he actually causing an issue that, you know, Jason Van Dyke thought that he needed to use deadly force?" the other alternate juror said. "I just don't understand that."
-"They do not have the right to use deadly force just because you will not bow to their authority,"-
