To me the issue is we have white people policing urban environments. Naturally because of socio-demo-economical differences they are not in touch with the community they police. Any black person with an urban look and unkept hair is life taking criminal and threat. If you ever been in or around the hood you can read who looks the style and who may be really bout it. Everything that gets placed in the media adds to that subtle subconscious narrative about minorities that white people are blind to. In a weird way white people brain wash themselves into this genocidal view. Partner this in with the brotherhood approach of policing and the corruptness than can occur you get gross abuses of power. Especially when they are all looking out for themselves because they are in the badge fraternity.
It's all a conflict of interest most the time and hard to begin to solve. At times I see valid points both ways as to why things occurred the way they did but this is just too common to keep going.
