That said, the cop will get off (as usual) unless they lower the charge to 2nd degree or manslaughter, just because it's near-impossible to convict a cop of that. Not because of anything in dude's system but because the courts go pretty far out of their way to shield cops and it's very easy for the court to say there's not enough evidence that the murder was premeditated.
