I started noticing them if I had to go into the office on the weekends. It be hundreds of them coming downtown during the weekends at night racing through lower wacker, riding around like they are in a car club. and I take lower wacker from my office to get over to lsd.
you got these black car clubs doing the same now. nikkas riding those lit up vehicles with three wheels. i don’t know what they are called.

I was downtown every weekend at places AMC21/Lucky Strike. The hell was you doing in HS? And like Chicago posted earlier, nikkas linking up through social media. I remember if any issues happened downtown it would strictly be by the red line stops like grand ave near the rnr McDonald’s. Now multiple groups of 50 kids just link up and run up and down from south loop to Gold Coast
