shyt like this happening and constant killings that included babies and elderly being killed was a LARGE PART of why the crime bill was created, y'all gotta stop neglecting that point. These Super c00ns need to be removed from the community

I know you can't say that here on the coli, but after the Crime bill happened and everyone got locked up, chicago/NY/LA got super quiet and stayed that way for 15 plus years.
I was in highschool in chicago in the mid 90's, starting in 1994, the year homicides were their highest ever recorded. After the crime bill passed, murders had dropped like 65%by the time I graduated. Hell LA and NY still quiet, Chicago homicide and shootings have been higher than both combined the last 5 or so years.

So something changed here that didn't happen in NY or LA., it's plenty of money to be gotten, these lil niccas out here high out their mind killing each other over nonsense and tweets . Black gangs aren't even organized, and haven't been since the 90's. It's just little sets of going back and forth in a never ending cycle of get back. So if we're not going to advocate locking these dusty young dudes up, what's the solution?

Im telling you, as a resident of Chicago, the majority of black citizens here don't give a shyt about that statue.

I am telling you, if the feds snatch up these white protestors in Grant park, not to many people in the violent hot zones wouldn't give a shyt.

Show me footage of feds going into communities, snatching up local citizens, protesting violence in their community..
