There is no collective outrage over shyt like this... and there should be.
But at some point, outrage becomes exhausting. They are not changing. They are still constantly killing each other. It just becomes exhausting and creeps toward apathy.
At this point I want draconian measures set up. Military presence. Death penalties with public executions. Life in prison for gun charges. Mandatory curfews with one year in jail if broken. Raid and kill all the gang members with no questions asked.
Praying, marching, singing and DARE programs has not saved Chicago. Time to go in and clean shyt up.
