Yes, it is, comparatively speaking. It's nothing compared to Chicago, per capita. I'm not saying there isn't violence in those cities, but none of them are plagued with this kind of violence.

Per cap speaking ATL and Chicago have similar rates. You better look at your sources.

It’s Chicago’s case there have been numerous articles about black people leaving and crime being one of the indicators. Hoe expensive is the north side? Could a black family move there and still enjoy the city?

Black people live on the north side. Most neighborhoods on the north side are twice as expensive or more. There's mixed neighborhoods up north like Rogers Park and Edgewater (Uptown). They get violent, but a lot safer than the west side and south side. Average black people in the city move to the south burbs for a safer environment. It's been happening since the 70s. There's safe black areas in the city, you just need bread to live there.

When shyt like this happens we’ve reached a point of total failure as a community.

I don’t want to hear shyt about the system, white supremacy, none of that.
