They have for the past decade but even that has its downside..

A female made a post about how Chicago transplants are fukking up Georgia, shyt got like 6k likes.. I was gone say some shyt but I realize that bytch was probably right:lolbron:

When Chicago nikkas started moving to other places outside of Chicago like Smaller Cities in ILL, Iowa, Minnesota, etc.. Crime rates started going up :francis:

Yeah, where I grew up in the midwest there's constant dog whistling about how the "Chicago people" are coming in and messing things up.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
Not all black communities. This isn't happening in Boston. I imagine it's not happening in Atlanta, either. Or Houston, or any number of black communities where the murder rate among black people is low. Let's not make a blanket statement that paints all black people with a brush of the savagery witnessed in this video. Hell, the majority of Chicago's black residents aren't contributing to this bloodshed. I understand that emotions are high, as we fight against the police and those within the black community whose criminality hinders our progress, but let's gain some perspective.

How are people not fleeing Chicago.

Federal government should pay for relocation assistance for people without a criminal history.
It's the neighborhood people choose to live in, not so much the city as a whole.
A lot of people who can and should move out of the hood, don't. People don't move because it's where they've been their entire life.

It’s Chicago’s case there have been numerous articles about black people leaving and crime being one of the indicators. Hoe expensive is the north side? Could a black family move there and still enjoy the city?
