Inferiority complex? :heh:
What I just read in those tweets was pathetic. That is an L. Is the war over? No. But this battle here is an L.

Now shut your fake wannabe pro black ass the fukk up. You wanna be high and mighty but you really aren't saying a thing at all. I'm sure you felt good posting that but is was 100% cliched bullshyt.

Nah...What YOU said was some cliched shyt but I digress.Ain't nobody trying to be high and mighty and their ain't a damn thing fake about my pro-blackness I assure you so settle down.

Nothing cliche about what I said either. Every time a young brother dies senselessly it's a loss.

Now please explain how that = "inferiority complex" :rudy:

I wish nikkas would stop saying this.

Yes the situation is bad no one is denying that but goddamn if this isn't such a corny ass,low self-esteem,black inferiority complex thing to say.

problem is there's two factions:

blacks who believe each one represents the entire race

and

blacks who believe we're all individuals and should be treated as such

now whichever side you take, truth is we're being judged by the actions of a few. it's not right, it's not fair, but it's reality. i see this whole chicago situation and i see long term ramifications for the entire black race.

hell, fukk how whites are judging us. we should all want better for ourselves. because i know this much, if these were cacs going ham on blacks, we'd all have a problem with it.

This is true but my comment wasn't even that deep. I wasn't thinking about white people at all when I said we lost. We lost because this is reality, I don't give a fukk what white people think about it.

Of course.

And in terms of the inferiority complex comment...Some people that constantly say "blacks lost" for every single thing negative that involves a black person online have come across like that they are uncomfortable in their own (black) skin.

Not saying you do but others I have seen online have.

I apologize because that may have a bit much to say to you in particular.

It's all good, breh.

In all honesty this shyt disgusted me a little bit and I was really at a loss for words. That was the best way to describe the way I felt.

Believe me there's no complex over here. Like I said, white people weren't even considered when I typed that. White people could be living in caves and I would still call that an L because we need to do better. Not better than white people or whoever, just better. I hate hearing shyt like this and those tweets were disgusting. Man I got babies to raise and if I don't do better than these lil nikkas fathers than that's a personal L for me. But I refuse to let that happen.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
This is the point I'm trying to make but I'm kind of surprised by some of the responses in this thread.

A lot of these dudes are white and never actually lived in the hood, just seen shows and feel they can speak on it. I grew up in the South Bronx during the 80s and 90s, back when NYC was averaging over 2200 murders a year, I seen people get born into a life they had no way out of and the system continually fail them along the way. But I guess Eric B and Rakim, De La Soul and the Fu schnickens pushed them towards that life.

I partly agree but people like Chief Keef and his friends can't have created the environment when they were born into it. Yeah they're outliers and they are obviously not making anything better, but they can't get all the blame for the violence. If you put these wild ass kids in a suburb then they likely wouldn't be involved with shootouts and other craziness.

I agree with you that most people in poor neighborhoods are just trying to survive, and these kids doing the shooting deserve some of the blame, but poverty breeds violence. Its a fact. If they were given legitimate opportunities to succeed (suburban school, nonviolent environment, etc) do you think they would be leading this type of life? (I'm not trying to get in an argument or anything so don't take my posts the wrong way, you just have an interesting viewpoint and I like discussions about sociological topics).

Im saying though....of the hundreds of dudes I grew up with....none of them was going around carrying AK47s, brandishing weapons so flagrantly, having no regard for life like that in high school. NOBODY. At the most, some of the dope boy kids had a glock maybe but, none of them was really trying to use it. I'm running my mind for all the hardest nikkas I remember and I dont remember any of them being that flagrant at 15, 16 years old. They aint turn into gorillas until 18, 19, 20. And my city is ranked 8th on the homicide list.

Either Keef & them are the few wild, violent knuckleheads every hood has or the norm in Chicago is different then the norm where I'm from
