Chicago-based music website Pitchfork.com didn’t wait to take action. Its editor apologized for a video interview with Chief Keef conducted in a gun range and removed it from the website.

The internet was once a place for nerds and geeks to gather and share information, once nikkas got a hold of it it seems like it just turned into another platform to body nikkas

In a sense he was caught slippin. If they really wanted to do something to him they could have..beacuase when they rolled up he was out in the open and it didnt seem like it was people out there with him like that. Thats probably why Reese was that mad...he got caught in the open but then nothing happened. Probably was like after it.
I partly agree but people like Chief Keef and his friends can't have created the environment when they were born into it. Yeah they're outliers and they are obviously not making anything better, but they can't get all the blame for the violence. If you put these wild ass kids in a suburb then they likely wouldn't be involved with shootouts and other craziness.
I agree with you that most people in poor neighborhoods are just trying to survive, and these kids doing the shooting deserve some of the blame, but poverty breeds violence. Its a fact. If they were given legitimate opportunities to succeed (suburban school, nonviolent environment, etc) do you think they would be leading this type of life? (I'm not trying to get in an argument or anything so don't take my posts the wrong way, you just have an interesting viewpoint and I like discussions about sociological topics).
But you are ignoring the elephant in the room. Even with so called suburban opportunities brothas still be on that bullshh.
Black Americans in suburban opportunities still perform worse then their peers and that's cultural. Again black male culture isn't defined by educational pursuit.
It isn't defined by anything that resembles wanting to become a family man.
Black manhood is defined by hoe crushin and head bustin. That's what makes you a "real ngga". Suburban blacks americans especially males fall victim to same ignorant cultural behaviors as poorer ones because usually their family is only one generation removed.
