Let me say this. Gentrification actually hurts all of us that arent in the 1%. Basically why support some shyt that is designed to make all of us "commoners" poorer. By now, these "gentrifers" and "hipsters" STILL cant make the connection between the cost of living going up across the country directly connected to this bullshyt.
you think by now these folks would push back, do rent strikes and all sorts of shyt to counter the greed associated with it but naw, they rather price themselves out and make themselves poorer eventually doing that shyt. You cant cure stupidity with certain people. They would rather their insecurities fukk them over royally paying all this money to live in a community and lifestyle they will eventually be unable to afford. Its like a lot of these buildings being built are unoccupied for a reason. Then their dumbasses think they can move to another community elsewhere thats "cheaper" to them and do the same thing. Eventually there will be no more cheap places to live because their presences jacks up the price to everything as if shyt isnt already up as it is.

You gotta real dumb to support some shyt just for insecurity reasons if its going to hurt you in the long run. Stop supporting that dumb shyt then crying later when it comes back to bite you in the ass. Cost of living is going up worldwide due to that bullshyt and these fools still not seeing the writing on the wall already. This is what is killing off the middle class and working class and widening the gap between the rich and the poor. In fact, its making some of the rich poor. At some point, folks gotta stop participating in that bullshyt. A lot of these capitalist societies are going under because of this.
