You're not wrong, but I think 300 months was the maximum they could give based on the charge. They went ten years over the standard sentence and only missed the maximum by 2 and a half years I think, my math could be wrong though


Not to say everyone should just be across the board happy, but thats a hell of a lot better than the usual no charges and millions in go fund me money cops who kill usually get
